Estate Planning / Probate Counsel - Springfield
Seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning and Probate Counsel with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the areas of law relating to Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Tax Preparation, Probate or Trust Administration. The right candidate must have the desire to zealously represent our clients in our highly reputed and renowned Estate Planning and Probate practice group in our Springfield location. Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Bacon Wilson, P.C. is seeking candidates for a full-time commercial real estate paralegal position in our Commercial Finance Practice Group. Prior legal experience handling real estate closings is required. While prior experience with commercial transactions and commercial financing is preferred, transferable experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review and due diligence and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.

Bacon Wilson, P.C. is seeking candidates for a full-time Paralegal in our Real Estate Practice Group! We’re searching for individuals with prior legal experience in handling all facets of residential real estate closings. The ideal candidate will excel in managing files independently within a deadline-driven environment and possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
